The Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Diaa Abdullah Abboud, participated in the discussion of the doctoral thesis tagged ((The Effect of the Corruption of Reasoning in the Penal Rule)) for doctoral student Jaafar Wadi Abbas at the Faculty of Law, University of Karbala, and at the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, on Thursday, 24 / 3 / 2022). The thesis carried legal, philosophical, and logical dimensions in which the researcher explained the concept of this defect and its impact on the penal judgment, whether it is true or false.
